Unfortunately, Headway was unable to transfer many customer records when they transitioned from Headway 2 to Headway 3 in November 2012.
This means you won't see a licence in the Headway Dashboard for your blocks, nor will they automatically prompt for updates.
You may contact them directly to have them manually add yours. They will need the PayPal email used for the purchase(s) and other relevant information.
PizazzWP blocks can also seek updates from our own service at WP Updates. To enable this, go to WP Admin, PizazzWP > Options and tick Enable WP Updates Server.
